Bob Pereira, Founder & COO

Robert “Bobby” Pereira has been in the restaurant and events business for over three decades. He oversees operations of all of Metronome’s locations. Mr. Pereira’s creativity and passion for ‘next level’ events has made Bob one of the top New York City venue designers and operators of the past two decades.

Meet our management team:

Alli Hertz, Special Event Coordinator

A veteran event planner, Alli Hertz knows the New York City events industry. Before joining the MHG team over a decade ago, Alli marketed private events and tour & travel, booking events from across the globe for Tatou and Tavern on the Green. Alli currently oversees booking and production of all corporate, social and non profit events.

Emily Gould, Special Event Coordinator

Emily plans and books corporate events and private parties at our four Manhattan locations: Lexicon, Triumph Room, Providence and Crimson. A veteran event planner with Metronome Hospitality Group, Emily also oversees every detail of all Lexicon events.

Paul Tsang-Diaz, Wedding Planner & Coordinator

As MHG’s wedding coordinator, Paul’s industry experience ensures that every bride and groom needs for “The Perfect Wedding Day Experience”, from cuisine to entertainment and decor. Paul has an extensive resume of interior design, floral design and hospitality industry experience and has served leading event design and planning companies in NYC.

Sandra Frank, Director of Operations

Sandra is the superglue that holds our company together, directing the day-to-day operations of Metronome Hospitality Group. She also is our private events coordinator at Providence NYC.

Alicia Simms, Director of Nightlife

Alicia keeps the party going as Metronome’s director of nightlife. She has used her talents here to put on some of the best NYC and Atlantic City night club events.
