Bob Pereira, Founder & COO
Robert “Bobby” Pereira has been in the restaurant and events business for over three decades. He oversees operations of all of Metronome’s locations. Mr. Pereira’s creativity and passion for ‘next level’ events has made Bob one of the top New York City venue designers and operators of the past two decades.

A veteran event planner, Alli Hertz knows the New York City events industry. Before joining the MHG team over a decade ago, Alli marketed private events and tour & travel, booking events from across the globe for Tatou and Tavern on the Green.
Michelle Eng, Special Events Coordinator
A native New Yorker, Michelle obtained her degree in Hospitality Administration and has loved every minute of the 10 years she has been working in the Hospitality industry. Whether you are planning a corporate, social or non profit event, Michelle brings her knowledge, experience and enthusiasm.
Sandra Frank, Director of Operations
Sandra is the superglue that holds our company together, directing the day-to-day operations of Metronome Hospitality Group.
Alicia Simms, Director of Nightlife and Promotions
