The New York-based firm handles rental conference room projects in New York City.

The new facility, designed by Float Studio, is located in New York City, on the first floor of a building on the corner of Nassau and Fulton streets. Indeed, Float Studio prefers to work with corner buildings and at a level no higher than the second floor.

These spaces have lots of windows, high ceilings, and the low level from the ground creates a cozy atmosphere for meetings. The interior tends to keep things minimalist with white surfaces and European white oak flooring. This understated approach draws attention to the building’s original features – large windows and a high, curved ceiling.

There are no grayscale finishes or harsh fluorescent lights here. It’s more of a twist on lush sofas and cute coffee carts. The main source of inspiration is natural textures.

Brick in the vaulted ceilings and throughout the space is fully plastered. Brickwork is only in the entrance area and in the lobby. Against this background, the interior of the meeting rooms looks as bright as possible.

The lobby and reception area are custom-designed by Design Within Reach – a modular dark brown section complete with gray chairs and small tables. Reception area accents include a round rug, potted plants and light fixtures to soften the officious atmosphere.

The interior of the large conference offices is made up of white oval tables and white, Red Dot award-winning Trea ergonomic chairs, with a high clean aesthetic by visionary designer Todd Braher. The chairs create intuitive comfort by mimicking the instinctive reclining of the body with a supportive backrest.

An interior partition of glass cubes screens off a large conference room with corner windows. This allows more natural light into the reception area. The entrance area with doorways is clad in light-colored wood.

The office space has 4 categories, depending on the area: large conference rooms for up to 30 people, small meeting rooms, rest rooms with soft chairs and separate workrooms. All offices are equipped with WiFi, screens, projectors, telephones, drawing boards, USB ports, as well as coffee maker and coffee machine.
